Penn State Bans Elmo

It wasn't enough that Penn State overreacted and ousted Joe Paterno when it was Sandusky they should have dealt with but now they are taking down photos of Elmo because the puppeteer who plays elmo is involved in an underage sex scandal. Do those in charge of Penn State understand that Elmo is not the guilty one?
